What we do with your data (very little), and who is behind this website.
This is a demo website. Dvor nekretnine is a fictional agency. The site is run by FiatLux Software, which is the controller for all the data described here. The full company details are in the FiatLux Software imprint.
Only what you choose to send. The contact form submits nothing to a server: it builds a message in your own email app, and you send it yourself. The site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells people apart from bots. To do that it processes technical data about your connection and browser, such as your IP address. It sets no tracking cookies and the data is not used for advertising. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.
The site is served by Cloudflare, which protects it from automated attacks. For this it may set two strictly necessary cookies: cf_clearance, which remembers that you passed a check (30 minutes), and __cf_bm, which helps tell people apart from bots (30 minutes of inactivity). Neither is used for tracking or advertising, so no consent is needed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site online and secure.
We store two small settings in your browser: the options you pick in the accessibility panel, and a note that you closed the cookie notice. They stay on your device and are never sent to us. They are strictly functional, so no consent is needed.
We keep a message you send only for as long as we need to answer it, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or receive a copy. Use the contact details in the FiatLux Software imprint.
If you believe we handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
